The Austrian-Ottoman War started in 1636 when Sultan Murad IV declared war on Austria-Hungary.

Due to up-time technology and information, the Ottoman Army (the most powerful army of the 17th century) grew ever stronger. However, the future information brought dark news for Murad and the Empire.

Seeking to change the fate of the Turkish Empire, Murad invaded the new Austro-Hungarian nation and took the capital of Vienna, renaming it Bec.

Weakened through years of conflict, Austria-Hungary made peace with both Emperor Gustav of the USE and Wallenstein in Bohemia

Due to the Eastern War, the USE could only offer limited support to Austria-Hungary.

However, the combined USE, Austrian, and Bohemian Army managed to stall Murad's invasion and decimate both his cavalry and air forces.
