Diane Jackson was the wife of USE general Frank Jackson, and a skilled diplomat and politician in her own right.
Early Life[]
Diane Jackson was born in Vietnam and was raised a Catholic. She met Frank Jackson while he was on a tour of duty during the Vietnam War. The two married, and moved to Grantville, where Diane Anglicized her name[1] and thoroughly immersed herself in the town's culture. Diane achieved her US citizenship and GED. She was fluent in French and became fluent in English, but never lost the tendency to lose control of English verb tenses when stressed.
Ring of Fire[]
After the Ring of Fire, Diane became Ed Piazza's office manager and coordinator of French diplomatic correspondence. In 1634, she went to Basel as a USE envoy to Margrave Georg of Baden-Durlach's heir and remained as ambassador after June 1635 at the request of Baden-Durlach to Wilhelm Wettin.
