Fadrique Álvarez de Toledo y Mendoza, also known as Fadrique Álvarez de Toledo Osorio, was a Spanish noble and admiral. He was also a Knight of the Order of Santiago and Captain General of the Spanish Navy.

In 1629 he expelled the English and French colonies from St Kitts and Nevis with a Spanish expedition.
