Ferdinand of Bavaria (German: Ferdinand von Bayern) (October 6, 1577 – September 13, 1650) was Prince-elector archbishop of the Archbishopric of Cologne (Holy Roman Empire) from 1612 to 1650 as successor of Ernest of Bavaria. He was also prince-bishop of Hildesheim, Liège, Münster, and Paderborn.

In September of 1634, Ferdinand of Bavaria fled Bonn when Hessian forces advanced on the city. It is known that he spent the winter of 1634-1635 in Euskirchen.
