New United States' General Election, 1631

The New United States General Election of 1631 was the first election in Grantville after the adoption of the Constitution in November, 1631. The elections proper were held in December. There were few surprises: Michael Stearns was elected the first President, Rebecca Abrabanel was the first Senator (and for a time, the ONLY senator), and all members of the Grantville Emergency Committee were elected to the House of Representatives.
