Pamela "Pam" Hardesty was the daughter of Velma Hardesty. The identity of her father was unknown to everyone, including her own mother. For a while she worked as an aide for 'English for Speakers of Other Languages' at the middle school.
In the spring of 1633, she began working as a page at the 'National Library of the New United States' (the former high school library). By fall of 1634, she was training to manage the circulation desk
