Sepharad Stearns (b. 1632 ) was the daughter of Michael and Rebecca Stearns. The child was initially to be named "Kathleen", but her father decided hours after her birth that she should be named after a "promise kept".[1] To her mother's dismay, she is frequently called by the nickname "Sephie".
