Sophie Caisdatter Rantzau (December 1616 — May 16, 1635) was a Danish noblewoman, daughter of Cai Rantzau and Anne Lykke. In October of 1631, she married Laurids Ulfeldt, brother of Corfitz Ulfeldt. Aside from these basic biographical details, little information about her life is available.
